You will be staying in the large guest house / guest unit with a private room and bath. It is in Woodland Hills near Mulholland Drive, only a block from Topanga Canyon Boulevard and a block from Calabasas. The guest unit is almost 500 square feet and has a separate entrance and a private yard of its own. You can use the tennis court. There is a French door and French windows, a high wood beam ceiling, fresh paint, a queen size bed, a comforter, a television with cable, an office desk, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator and a microwave, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, a granite bathroom with a tub/shower, a spacious closet, an electric tea kettle, air/ room heater and a high end stain glass window in the bathroom. There is also a half basketball court, a sparkling pool with a waterfall and several lounge chairs so you can enjoy the sun and the plush California lifestyle.
